Estimated Delivery Lead Time
Items in stock:
10–14 working days.
Items that are out of stock:
Please email or call us for assistance.
Made to order items:
5–8 weeks.
Pre-order items:
8–16 weeks, depends on the item.

Delivery Confirmation Process
Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date and delivery address.
Once the delivery date and address are mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.
Changes to Delivery Date / Address / Cancellation
You may request to change the delivery date or delivery address, subject to the following conditions:
- An advance notice of at least 3 working days is required for any delivery date or address change.
- Any cancellation, delivery date change, delivery time change, or delivery address change made within 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a fee.
Fee Application:
The fee will be charged based on the shipping charge applied during the purchase of the order.
